Go behind the Fortuna elevator and grind on the pipes. Jump and do air tricks to make the chain.

You only need to do a chain, not a specific number of tricks so you can literally just do an air spin as you start grinding, then just grind for 10 seconds

You can jump to a different pipe or circle around and grind back on the same one if you know how to do it

I have just come to realise that it is now impossoble for me to get the Some Assembly Required achievement (Assemble a railjack) as I already have one assembled.
