2. Regardless, direct contact on fist does not prevent restraint from being restored. Restraint is restored by 4% upon activation, and then an additional 0.8%/s so long as serene storm is active.
   2.5) any notion that fist contact results in restraint erosion is likely a mixup with baruuk's other restraint eroding abilities
