It could be built around, since Loyal Merulina's Sea Snares copy off yours, and then get a separate buff from Summoner's Wrath, making it that much more stronger and something someone could consider for Yareli in a group context.

So far I didnt feel the need for it, especially with Preparation, but I will test it out instead of Streamline and see, its mostly a caster build thus why Streamline.

Preparation I find helps with short missions and gives you a bit of forgiveness if you miscast something but I definitely run Streamline over it instead. Though I still run Exothermic. You'll defs want it if you're spamming a lot.

Also worth noting your ability strength scales with how many heat procs you have on things. This also works for primers like Cedo which is what I use with Ember. You can drop the precision intensify for some more utility and instead run shards if you wanna bump something back up. My current setup atm

In all honesty tho I used to sort-of quote-unquote "main" Oberon. As much as I can "main" any given warframe.
Use Hallowed Ground before Renewal and Reckoning. It gives armour, and strips it respectively. Subsume anything over his 1.

The only reason I used Oberon at the time (2017) was so I could take my Kavat with me without him dying because this was before the pet rework so pets would die instantly. Oberon would instaheal a pet multiple times
