It depends on where the radial hits I think. I suspect you're asking for an aoe weapon that auto-targets weakpoints. I think Cyte-09 exalted sniper or Ivara's augment for her exalted bow paired with an arcane in march might be the dps you are hoping for due to it hitting weak points and then killing other people in a radial.

nova has a great kit. 90% damage reduction, a nice dmg ability, mobility and portals for niche uses like speeding up bounties, and her 4th ability is so damn good. she can either slow or speed up enemies WHILE giving them a 200% dmg vulnerability. it also makes everything blast dmg. she also has some of the best augments for her abilities. they synergize in builds so well

She's pitched as early as she can quite literally be your second framed obtained but she has no steel path augment for her like her weapon have

No that's just it, say you're a vet playing with a new friend and you want to run a long survival. Koumei means your friend can get a pretty good set of buffs to keep up when they don't have the full loadout you do.
