I've noticed guns with single-shot rounds or duplex bursts (Tigris) have a delay before they reload automatically

But if you press the reload button as soon as you let off the round, it'll reload immediately

Exergis is the same.

It's probably not gone, but it's definitely less noticeable when you launch the same crystal into a horde of dudes five times before regenerating it and doing it again

Shotgun Elementalist is 60% and because it's over 50%, it adds one extra round.

You could stack Shotgun Elementalist (60%) with Ammo Stock (60%) and Atomic Fallout (40%) for 160%, and get a three-round magazine.

And if you have a Riven with at least another 90% (to go from 160% to 250%), you can get a fourth.
