Yeah unique to each element type. You can sell liches by converting them (meaning you won't get their weapon but you will get the lich as an ally) which you can sell to other players and then they will get the same lich and weapon and ephem. When you kill a lich you get the weapon but you won't get to sell the lich or have it as an ally (because its dead).

Basically you'll be given 2 choices at the last confrontation: kill, or convert.

Right now chakkhurr has multiplicative cc to acuity (headshots and allat) so you want elec (or at the very least gas) because those two DoTs can trigger headshots and have AoE at the same time as an extra benefit

Anyway chakkhurr is mostly used for headshotting so ideally you'd want elec or gas but realistically you don't need any specific element, any element will do (it'll one shot anything with headshots regardless)

You complete the "acts" listed on the Nightwave pass by just doing what the Act says. In that screen, it shows kill 150 enemies using Toxin damage. Do that, and the Act completes.

The zero cooldown is probably for abilities like lavos that use cooldown instead of energy

Voruna's fourth passive has an auto revive with I think a 3 minute cooldown. I think that one does get affected, but I'm not sure. It's also possible it doesn't do anything for warframe cooldowns and only Duviri Drifter cooldowns.
