So you can put Roar on config 1, then put Empower on config 2, then put Golden Instinct on config 3. You choose which ability to replace of the four (with certain restrictions centered around ability strength).

its like aura formas, only a handful of frames would use them (when different builds needed completely different polarity auras)
so likewise weapons/frames having wildly different configs would be a minority, just something for the min/maxers so you dont need a 2nd or 3rd copy of something

will free up a few frame slots for me
