every rotation lasts 150minutes. It is currently rotation B, with rotation C coming in around 16 minutes. that means 150 + 16 = 166 minutes until you get rotation A, which has supplies.

i just finished crafting the archwing launcher segment i clicked on it then it said "install to foundry" so i pressed X

after you install the segment into the foundry, you can find an archwing launcher to craft under the GEAR tab

and these days you only need to craft ONE

its now reusable, so you only need to craft it once (used to be consumable)

once crafted you have to equip it onto your gear wheel in the arsenal, then you can zoom around open worlds

probably still the best method for zooming around (though i haven't tried the atomicycle in open world yet so that has mayyyyyyyyyyybe changed?)

targets centre mass, so on infested (chargers, and units which lean forward) and moas (head is between the legs/backpack is torso height) you will prob get a few weakspots

but everything else is a no go in most cases

idk if it's hitscan or just auto hits centre mass but either way it can hit headshots, it's just, not something you have much control over and shouldn't build around it. It's a nice damage bonus when it happens, nothing more
