if its the base nosam you can’t get heciphron with that since it can’t mine them, the other two you mentioned you should get but its just rng I think? if you want to not really have to worry about it I suggest getting the sunpoint plasma drill from fortuna, it can mine any rarity gems included, but it is a bit slower in the drilling than the nosam cutters iirc

That predasite is mainly good for gunplay for well... The slow is nice when you wanna not think too much about aiming
