It depends what you get as mission stages but if you want a honest answer: Yes they are in a nutshell lying, because they are using a lucky layout of easy stages in a row and you're not guaranteed to necessarily have that. Unless the set of Bounties you can pick up from NPC/Console are always set in stones.

I can't remember if they are, but when I used to spam them, they weren't set in stone.

came back to the game from the release of incarnon weapon, I got magistar incarnon last week, but I don't understand how people stack 12x stacks, heavy attack and not lose the combo, how does that work, and how do u even get 12 stack without +combo duration?

tennokai mods allow you to heavy attack without spending the stacks

and initial combo mods or such help with getting combo really fast, and then something like melee crescendo (arcane) allows you to basically also infinite x12 with finishers

older players wouldnt have to sell their soul for specific rivens and newerplayers would have a way of getting groll rivens without spending hundreds

cause there are some cool rivens i would love to mess with but there is no way to ever get it. no one has the riven and rerolling for it will be almost imposible
