So you log into your PC account on the website. You choose cross save. You select PlayStation, log in with your PSN credentials, and it'll show you your option.

That's what it looked like when I enabled cross save. From that screen, I had to select which account's progress I wanted to retain - PC or Xbox.

All items are merged regardless, but only one account's progress can be carried forward.

Accounts had to be created before Nov 24, 2023, 2pm EST, to be eligible for Merge.

Also that caveat about not having been copied from PC to console platform...
