I don't have a specific build at the moment. I'm trying to get my Koumei to survive level cap and I'm theory crafting. I tried crowd control with Muzzle Flash subsume, it didn't work out too well. I tried shield regen, same thing there. So I'm guessing shield gating really is the only way. Unfortunately I am not at my PC right now so I can't test one thing, if anyone knows the answer I would love it: Do the Topaz archon shard effect "Recover 5 shields when inflicting a blast proc" work when you're at 0 shields? Or is it like the Rakta Dark Dagger where you need to have at least a little bit of shields for it to work?
