That stupid bug usually gets fixed when you unlock the Last Gasp Focus passive, I think it's from Unairu iirc.
When you max it, it's available automatically in all Focus schools.

Think of it like all your defensive options at once to indicate how much damage you can take.

e.g let's say you have 100 health, but 50% damage reduction.
That's the same as having 50% more health, so, 150 health, or ehp.

It's a way of calculating the damage you can take after all of your expected defenses

Enemies at lvl 3000 do millions of dmg per bullet.

There's a slider that varies between:
"I am terrified of the wiki and refuse to use simulacrum, and if my weapon cant bruce force through content then i need a better weapon"

"I spend more time on the wiki than ingame and i do not need your help, i will sit on the wiki and correct you on every tiny little thing to the most pedantic detail possible to ensure i win the conversation"

Since new players can vary between these two things drastically, it's hard to tell what mr you should be doing liches at, imo
