Every 2-5 minutes Stalker acolytes spawn in Steel Path missions, and killing them gives some Steel Essence, and Steel Path arcanes.

You could also use Vosfor with Loid in the Cavia/Sanctum Anatomica to get Steel Path arcane packs.

You can buy them from other players.

I'd generally recommend just playing Steel Path and building them up over time for free

Currently his 3 retains all stacks if you recast before the duration ends. But if you let the duration end, all stacks are reset.

I'm just suggesting the stacks decay over time while it's not active so if you slip up you don't instantly lose your stacks. Of course you won't actually get the stat buffs while it's inactive but it will just "remember" a portion of the stacks it had on recast

Limbo's biggest issue isn't scaling or even surviability IMO. It's that the one thing he's actually good at is basically cheesing and exploiting, which design wise is a major freaking problem

I don't think Limbo has to be that disruptive and it's a player issue primarily.

Rifted enemies can be attacked by abilities still, regardless of which side of the rift the players or enemies are on.

Players in the Rift can backspring (aim and roll backwards) to exit it, and it's not easy for Limbo to aim and put you in the Rift usually.

Limbo players seem to not acknowledge that hold-casting Banish unbanishes everything instantly, and should be used every now and then in case there's random unintentionally Rifted enemies.

If Limbo players unrifted, and other players knew how the Rift worked, it'd be less of an issue

Most disruptive Warframes to my gameplay in public matches so far have been Volt, Wisp, and Vauban.

Namely the max strength Wisps that make their Haste mote impact my movement, Volt for the same reason, and Vauban who use max range Vortexes which slow down the missions as you have to seek out every enemy via minimap

My other thing is... thats like 4 abilities + 6 combo abilities for 10 unique effects total?? tad much imo. I would limit the combo thing to one ability, like 1 being a 'dive' ability for movement that can can have different effects when emerging based on the ability you press

A writeup I had originally worked like:

Tap to cast an ability
Hold to prime it for next ability cast like Lavos
Hold multiple to prime multiple effects

eg Ability 1 makes a small targeted aoe that slows enemies

Holding 1 to prime it empowers the cast with more radius, and hard cc by chaining them to the ground

Ability 2 does damage in a small targeted aoe

Holding 1 + 2 to prime, then casting Ability 1, creates a larger radius cc that chains enemies, and damages them over time

Its not like an amazing damaging ability, but it can clear trash mobs on SP surprisingly well

4 - empower

1 slows enemies, but with 2 it damages over time, with 3 it makes a lingering zone, with 4 it gains vastly increased radius

So it's more like 4 abilities where you have 3 options to change its added effect, and then a 4th option that empowers it into a new ability.

encourage gunplay: every couple of kills you get one 'point' that you can spend to 'infuse' an ability. that way people cant just constantly spam range over and over, and you need to actually use weapons and be mindful when spending 'points' to not exhaust them needlessly
