To get 350 Vitus Essence, realisticly you'll need to do about 35 to 45 rotations. Without a booster, it's roughly a 6 to 8 hour grind, but with a booster and Smeeta procs, you can definitely get it done in 3 or 4 hours. Just stay through the 'C' rotations to make sure the rewards stay consistent.
