Drain life force the same way the broken scepter is able to.
Being immune to eximus units powers or being able to disable them (like kuva guardians and siphons are immune to warframes).
Having a built in kuva siphon and distillation system you could use to pull in enemies and kuva, cover enemies with kuva gas to apply debuffs...
Maybe do the same the Grineer Queen did with the kuva scepter, the "kuva drill" thingy.. imagine you could just shoot those or maybe even enbue it into your weapons.

Ok putting this into a bit of a more straight forward idea:
Worm Queen manages to produce a new warframe that is a walking kuva siphon and destillation machine.
Passive could be something like "have a kuva meter and you gain strenght based on the % filled".
First ability - Kuva pellets, use the inpurities of creating kuva to shoot "kuva" drill projectiles (can armor strip).
Second ability - Blue kuva can be produced and used to temporarily control enemies (they get a power boost as well).
Third ability - Channeled ability that activates kuva suction tendrils pulling enemies and spawning kuva clouds you can absorb, hold version you spill inpurities from the kuva creation process to debuff enemies.
Forth ability - Siphon energy and health from corpses covered in inpure kuva to recover a % of what was spent and also drain out energy and health orbs based on if the enemy is organic or machine.
