Here's a short summary:

To kill a lich, you need 3 of 8 different Requiem mods.

To obtain these mods, you need to go do Requiem fissure Void fissure missions found on the Kuva Fortress.

To get Requiem Relics, you need to do Kuva Siphon/Kuva Flood missions.

Best grab all 8 mods for when you need them in the future.

Step 2 is figuring out the required mods, to do this, enter missions where your Kuva lich controls.

In these missions you will encounter "Thralls". Deplete their health and you can do a mercy finisher to get some progress to discovering one of the 3 required mods.

Do this until you find out all required mods.

After that, when you encounter your lich in a mission, mercy finisher them when they're downed to guess the mod order, if correct you can continue, if not, they flee and level up.

For example: If you need mod 2 in slot 1 (Far left) and you don't have mod 2 in slot 1, mercy finisher will result in lich leveling up. You need to guess however to figure out the order.

Once you've gotten the correct sequence and performed 3 successful mercy finishers, your lich will flee to Saturn Proxima and you will need to pursue them via Railjack.

Complete the Railjack mission to finish off your lich.
