The game doesn't know what to do with the extra ammo since the Fulmin is a Battery Weapon... So the ammo just gets stuck being sucked into your warframe, and makes it so you physically cannot interact with anything

I think the first warframes that you can grind for are nekros, rhino and frost which are all really good and have abilities that you want for the duration of you playing.
