it gives you damage based on how many enemies are affected by your 3 (With no limit, it can go as high as there as enemies in your game), and this damage buff is calculated as serration/pressure point damage so its calculated first, which means you can just completely ignore modding base damage on your weapon and build as much crit or whatever other bonuses you can think of and rely on limbo to give you that base damage increase

this buff also (for some unknown reason) applies to glaives twice so instead of for example it giving you 2000% damage boost it gives you 4000%
