Passive Needs a Buff. it's 10% equilibrium sucks. So maybe 25% would be better? I think Pacify and Provoke could get a buff. Pacify giving ability Efficincy with reducing enemy damage and Provoke providing Ammo Efficincy.
Finally Mend Needs a Major Buff. My idea. every enemy Killed grants something until Max. then carrys to the next. So the order is
Health, Shield, Overshield, Overguard. And when deactivated grants Max to as much of them as you've built

So enemies now have 90% DR with 2700 armor. You can corro proc it and reduce that DR to 64.29%.
Which is still quite a bit… except that current day technology allows us to hit 8 digit damage with armor.
