I've talked about it a couple times but I have brain damage that's slowly deteriorating pretty much everything about my life. My hands are really shakey and accurately reaching to hit anything outside of WASD with my left hand (the worse one) is extremely inaccurate and pretty painful. Having them all in thumbs reach with what I would consider my "good" hand is a lot easier and more comfortable. I also can't play around speed frames since if something moves too fast my brain gets kinda... Lost? Like, It stops processing what's happening, among other issues like just getting lost really easy.
