I usually go by the rule that a riven is worth using if it can replace one of the cookie cutter mods in the build. Cus why only have 120% CD from vital sense when i can have 120% CD and some other stats... or if the weapon hits high crit tiers i stack CD, is it the most efficient? No, but crits... 🤤

The idea of earth railjack skirmish as a lith opener abuses the following:
Every reactant picked up by a player is shared.
Completed railjack skirmish often nets you more 1-3 relics.
So you just have 1 dedicated reactant picker/stucture clearer, and 2 people handling the railjack part, with last guy leeching or wasting time in forge

Because of how the game loads every asset needed for railjack as long as everyone is in the same session, your entire squad doesn’t need to reload everything. Unlike capture spam.
