Limbo mains are very resistant to changing banish which is the biggest issue with bad limbos. Cataclysm is annoying but at least players can adapt to it, but being repeatedly spammed by a troll limbo one time is enough to cause a player to have bad blood with all limbo players especially in publics.

Good limbo players rarely use banish, almost never on player allies. So there is no reason not to remove the ability to cast banish on players directly

That was an insanely meta farm 13 years ago.
