For abilities, the weakpoint needs to be on the torso most of the time
and for melees u need the weakpoint to be the first part of the enemy u hit for it to work iirc
Like if the weakpoint is on the left arm, and ur melee attack hits the enemy's right arm then the left arm, I don't think it'll count

Conclave and destiny pvp are different type. Destiny's story sucks and players focus more on pvp for more levels and especially weapons even tho tryhards focus more on K/D.
