Exterminate is the preferred for VRC. More direct enemy spawns and generally not so constrained for reactant. For relic farming capture is the fasting but for actual targeted relic cracking, 4 titanias busting through the map in like 30 seconds is faster

Mercy kill if you want it or extract if you don't
