Accuracy is a very weird thing in WF.
Off behaviuor is to be expected.
It's a Lua script that tells a gun to randomly deviate the fired shots off from the origin of the shot.
Within set parameters, more or less, more to the right, whatever.
Some weapons originate the hit-scan or projectile attack from the camera, some from a point more towards the warframe.

Some guns or fire modes have fixed pattern, that can not or only slightly be altered.
Like Akjagara spread being 100% fixed as 2 bullets side by side.

The stats on Artemis Bow Prime are prolly some set stuff.
