I managed to get the secret ending yesterday, but it was only because I got all 3 coins on each floor before I went to the next one and made sure NOT to miss any that I "might" have had to go back for (after it's "possible" to do so)

They wouldn't even have to deal with the bug itself, just block off the player from being able to enter the room a second time and give a ladder leading back up to the main tower from the room you drop into the cutscene from, easy

duuude my first run of cov was so bad i legit walked outside of cov into a void box and had to laugh clip into the warp zone breaking some stuff and then later the whole citadel just fucking deloaded and i fell through the map
