I like hearing about oc lore and I kinda want to hear what other people have put their ocs through

I guess I'll start, my first oc tends to be somewhat unstable no matter what continuity he's from due to a war injury on his face(except for sg where that never happens and he joins the war years after it starts)

I have a pair of sort of "author surrogate" persona OCs, that take a variety of forms and aliases in different stories and mediums.
In TF, they would take the name of 'Flutter,' a propeller aircraft, and 'Deep End' a submersible.
Their dynamic can be best described as 'best friends, by default.'

Expanding a bit more on the old lore of my minicons;

Petal
(Previously metal petal but I think that name is kinda dumb)
Is a medic (more like a living first aid kit is more accurate tho. Hence why she is a minicon), but she's not very good with complex injuries, because she's meant fkr first aid.
And despite the nature of her job, she is kind of squeamish.

Her old desgin just kinda looks like a smaller arcee (I didn't know og arcee was pink and white at the time) so I might change that too (that is if I ever go back to tf ocs again)

He was a minicon meant to help with construction and such, but he got brain damage over time from being chucked and thrown at walls and rocks too much. Now he just wanders around and does some silly stuff. He isn't entirely stupid tho just like... above dino bot intelligence but below average transformer intelligence. Somewhere in the middle. Maybe of you hit him hard enough he can go back to normal for a little bit.

Frost bite was meant to resists colder tempatures, and was sent out to scavenge [snowy area idk] but got lost because of a tundra.

Now that idea is a bit stupid to me bc isn't space cold as shit so why would the bots be bothered by it in the first place

First TF OC I've DRAWN:

Turbulence (or TurboLance)
Transforms into a Horten Ho 229 (Scanned from a museum)
Is an engineer for the Decepticons, usually tasked with building their designed machinery and implementing their crazy plans--despite his frustrations. A dry sort of pragmatist, without the cold logic or mad science that Shockwave or Wheeljack would indulge in.

He acts as a sort of straight-man to the other 'cons. In combat (when he HAS to fight), he acts as a sort of sniper & smart bomber. He's not exactly a coward, but assures that he's much more useful to the cause back at base building, than fighting. He respects the scientific prowess of Shockwave, but tries to keep at arms length, to avoid becoming a test subject.

ANOTHER OC (kinda): Huron Prime
This setting would draw from animated, where Prime is a rank, so he'd be equal to Optimus. He'd be a valued comrade, and the two would greatly respect one another, even if sometimes they disagreed on how far one should go to protect life (among other things). Something of a friendly rival to Optimus for a time.

He would die, and be succeeded by Hot Rod/Rodimus--who would go through much of the impostor syndrome arc he had in G1S3. He would feel like he was stuck in Huron's shadow, and struggle with his own team. All of that--WITHOUT having Optimus dying being tied to him.

Ultimately, an alt Sentinel--where he's more of just a predecessor--who's not an absolute douche.

A dangerous war-criminal, who was ousted from the Decepticons for his unethical experiments on fellow troops, and his plans causing excessive collateral damage for the 'Cons. Roughly as old and experienced as Kup. He was also the creator of the old Tcog for Megatron's gun mode. He escaped them, and operated as a mercenary for a time--coming to blows with Devcon on more than one occasion. Finally he ended up in league with Jhiaxus, the two sharing similar depravities, and aided the mad scientist in his experiments.

He takes the form of an Oscar-Class nuclear submarine, and is one of the foremost experts in "State Distortion" technology, enabling him to 'dive' and "swim" through solid matter, like it were liquid. He can even propel himself through space (though notably slower and stealthier than the likes of Astrotrain).

In another server, I have an insecticon who got left for dead, but he fails to realize this was the case. To him, it was just unfortunate timing that he ended up within the line of gunfire and his team simply couldn't find him.
In reality, they didn't try to find him.

Something between an overarching villain/antagonist, and a doomsday scenario: PRIAM.

A mad plan of Jhiaxus, to make all cybertronians "one" by merging them into a single being.

There would be 2 ways to take this:

First, would be to simply bring them into a hivemind, where individuality--and Autonomy--is lost. A gestalt consciousness would start to form, and would be compelled to spread and assimilate all cybertronian & affiliated life. Pitying those that are not part of it as lonely and stray.

The other is All of cybertronian life melded with the planet, letting it take on a final gestalt form, with size and power to rival that of Unicron. However, it's personality would be something less compassionate.
While the hivemind referrs to itself as "we", the planet gestalt would referr to itself as "I"--singular. That would also be where it names itself PRIAM. It encompasses all cybertronian life, and the planet--but not Primus's will. And it is...pretty much AM from 'I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream'.

To add to the creepiness factor, PRIAM (and yes, i like to spell it with all caps, as a reference to AM) has a disturbingly humanlike form. Uncanny & organic, with many smooth curves and what seem like muscles. For the blocky transformers, it seems unnatural and horrifying--because it is.

Something I want to do for Huron Prime, is that I want to base his personality on a contemporary of Abraham Lincoln (whom Optimus is based on). And ones that come to mind are Ulysses S Grant, Robert E Lee, and...maybe Stonewall Jackson.

However, the latter two have a lot of baggage in contemporary culture.

Hello! I have a couple of tf ocs but the main two i hav are named Eclipse and Hullbreach. Depending on the continuity, Eclipse is either a con, neutral or con turned autobot. Hes a shuttle that is a little bit shorter than Skyfire/Jetfire when hes an adult. He was adopted by the elite trine before the war (I headcanon that the trine are siblings). The trine wanted to train a loyal soldier for the Winglord to gain his favor. But that failed when the trine grew attached to Eclipse and adopted him as their younger brother. Depending on the continuity, Eclipse is either sent away or joins the cons to stay with his family.

Hullbreach (nicknamed HB), is a bomber plane that is either a con or con turned autobot depending on the series. Long before the war, he was very curious and wanted to learn mamy things. Thanks to his mentor, they encouraged him to keep learning and to always question things. Obviously the Senate didnt like this and HB became a victim of empurata. They also wiped his memory of his mentor. HB became a gladiator of the pits and was one of the oldest bots there. Many years later, the Winglord hires him to become the bodyguard of the trine. HB becomes a parental figure to the trine and Eclipse. When the trine goes to join the cons, he follows and becomes known as the elite trine's loyal guard dog. No con, not even Megatron, dares to lay a hand on the trine while HB is around.

i hav more lore too. Eclipse is very much just an overgrown pupper. Hes extremely extroverted and very friendly. Whenever he gets very excited his wings move back and forth really fast. Yes he has accidently knocked out mechs cuz of it. In my g1 au, Eclipse has been sent to the brig cuz of this lmao. In most of the aus i hav him, Eclipse usually ends up getting conjunxed to Sideswipe. In the g1 au, he and Sideswipe's relationship is a secret and they just tell others oh theyre each other rivals. They have been almost caught by Optimus one time when Eclipse was captured by the bots. Sideswipe and Eclipse were kissing but OP just missed it and now just thinks theyre very good friends lmao.

I do hav angsty stuff but i just really love g1 cuz its just so goofy and silly

New character ... Seamstress

She's a scientist that was heavily injured in battle, and lost a large portion of her body. She tried to fix herself with scrap body parts she found around the battle field, but they frequently breakdown and need to be replaced.

It's making her slowly go crazy and paranoid so now she doesn't even know who she used to be. Some bots who've seen her wandering around call her 'Seamstress'.

Besides her helm, left arm and sometimes her torso, her appearance changes a lot

So, i have an idea for Huron Prime's demise. Sort of as a callback to Optimus's. Over the course of his own arc, he regains a feeling of compassion fighting against his coarse, grizzled pragmatism--spurred on by Hot Rod. He finds himself in a situation with the Decepticon colonel (Straxus, maybe?) feigning surrender, and Hot Rod charges in to stop him getting the hidden weapon to save him--only to be caught and used as a shield while Huron is gunned down.

If he were at the start of his arc, he wouldn't have hesitated. He would have fired if Straxus was surrendering, or even if Hot Rod was held as hostage. Strax being that big a bad, that his death would have seemingly solved a lot in the war. However, Rod's guidance leads him to start with a heartbroken "I'm sorry," before attempting to fire--but not before Strax gets the shot in on him.

Huron doesn't get as much time on a hospital bed before dying, and doesn't beneath a bootleg matrix. Hot Rod is promoted through attrition.

He doesn't even get to change his name, the superior above him does it for him.

Rodimus is faced with the same situation later down the line, but responds by Shooting Straxus in the hand to stop him.

A calm, sensitive, introverted Autobot with an interest in deep sea life, as well as geology. One of the pioneers in reverse engineering State Distortion tech invented by infamous criminal D.U.P., which enables bots to pass through solid matter like rocks, soil, & rubble, like it were liquid.

First brought on to investigate strange USO reportings on earth, he took the form of the Trieste submarine for scanning the dark depths of the ocean. And with State Distortion he is no longer confined to the seas.

A squad of smaller triplechangers, that were retooled with help from Turbolance. Made to support, aid, and serve Astrotrain. As opposed to full on train-shuttles, they took the form of train cars and space station modules.

Quasar: Sniper & bombardier. A bit of a prankster, and wanted to play pranks with Skywarp.
Cometcatcher: Gunner & defense operator. An edgy tryhard, who preached the decepticon cause so much, he was practically larping.
Tektite: Engineer, repairs, and material refinement. Treated being a decepticon as just a job. Close to the Constructicons.
Turntable: Docking & stabilization, and the emotional center of the team. A total sweetheart for a decepticon, so he HAD to die.

Starsail: Solar power & energon generaton. Lazy, spacy, and practically a stoner/drunk, with a lot more sorrows to drown than he initially would seem.

Junction: Orbital control. Nervous, anxious, and very tired--covered by snark. He is very clingy to his remaining brothers, though he doesn't like to show it.

Collider: Sensors & surveillance. Bookish & stuck-up, wanting to become a scientist. But is a workaholic to cope.

Shortwave: Communications & grumpy big brother of the team. He wants to switch to working for Soundwave, but doesn't want to abandon his bros to do it. Also turns into the caboose.

NEGATIVE PRIME

A being of pure Negative energy, born within the core of cybertron during the great war.
Negative Prime is a blinding white being that resembles Optimus prime, but bulkier and larger. He has blue highlights and red eyes.

He can travel wherever, due to the fact he's made up of pure matter and is also very powerful. He is the main villain of my lore, as he wants to clear out all life to bring peace to the universe.

So, one other idea for Crush Depth, is that he was built/rebuilt as a sort of backup to the Combaticons. In case Blast Off is away in space, or if Swindle is off being Swindle

Crush Depth initially feels like an outsider, or the odd bot out among the Combaticons. He would definitely put in the work to support them, and probably earn Onslaught's respect. However, when the whole squad is together, he'd probably feel like a metaphorical 3rd/6th/7th wheel.

This leads to him getting paired up with the minicon Thumbsplitter, to enhance his burrowing & close combat abilities, when he's not among the Combaticons, or Bruticus is assembled without him. And with their time spent together, CD actually becomes closer to Thumbsplitter than the other cons. The two even form a sort of relationship.

My character Tyrannus Prime was an old knight of CyberTron until he betrayed them and joined the Decepticons in the war for CyberTron. He ended up killing nemesis prime and literally ripping the evil matrix of leadership out of his chest and taking it for my own. With this newfound power i went on to kill Megatron and take control of all Decepticon forces.

Rosie Rivet was found in the trash by two Miners, she got two adoptive dads. Having a rabbit alt-mode, She displays habits and mannerisms of actual rabbits: Zoomies, burrowing, chinning, etc. She struggles socially, but was taught chronolinguistics, which helps with socializing.

Description
Projectile is a Cybertronian who did NOT choose to join the Decepticons, or Autobots, but instead became more of a silent, survivalist. He hid in shadows, used every resource possible, barely scraped by, living in hell, living in a cold silence of torture.
The seekers were patrolling one day, a random search for Energon, and found him, they brutalized him, kidnapped him, brought him back to their “base” or whatever. They tortured him, not for any real reasoning, just for the sake of it, for fun. He was a prisoner. The torture broke him, he lost emotion, he lost the ability to feel.
Years went by, and he was now just a shell of whay he used to be, inside, just an empty slot. A another year went by, and the autobots finally raided the deceptions, stealing energon, taking down soldiers, and almost winning back Cybertron. They found him, took him back to the Arc, helped him recover.
But it was no use, he was physically healed, but mentally irreparable. He joined the Autobots as a soldier, fighting for them, not out of actually wanting to, but a moral obligation.

He has a V shaped head, with an entirely black base and magenta outlines around his jawline.
His eyes are dark pink, and he has two triangular shaped horns on the back of his head, like spikes.
His body is of a slim build, mainly black and purple, but at his feet, knees, and elbows to fingers he has purple and black accents, the purple stops just at his fingers, giving off a fingerless gloves effect. His hands are sharp like claws, and his feet and particularly spiky, like the prowler’s boots. He can transform into an advanced, futuristic like fighter jet, with a sharp “nose” and the wings consist of the spikes on his head, arms, and boots, he had a scratch of grey in the shape of a sniper’s bullet on his left side due to getting scraped there years ago when being captured.
