There’s only one Shockwave who’s completely emotionless, and even that had a loop hole (IDW, Regenesis Climax) because Shadowplay is cannon only to that continuity
Rest show at least few basic emotions, so each individual Shockwave is kinda interesting as hell psychologically.
So like generally cold and emotionless in comparison to the average transformer but with exceptions like passion, frustration, pride and sadism/glee as seen in Skybound
Dreamwave and TFP Shockwave are the closest to IDW in this regard, idk about Siege we just didn’t see enough of him
