Hello everyone, I have been working on a stop-motion based AU for a while now. It has been delayed many times due to life getting in the way, but I have created a script for the first scene of the first episode of a potential series or movie (not too sure where to go with it). I have a long term plan but I don't really have the start yet. I'm going to send the script now, especially since the rest of the AU is probably outdated and needs an update.

I decided to make a mini-series about Scraphook since I felt like there was a lot of fleshing out that had to be done to the world of the Junkions, and since Scraphook is a character that has literally 0 media attached to him, I can do basically whatever I want with him, only restricted by the fact that he's a Junkion, his gimmicks, and his given stats.

As a figure, Scraphook works for 3 reasons

• He has giant feet (probably for a combined mode), which makes animation easier
• He has a ton of movement, with 28 points of articulation, including butterfly joints. The only Deluxes with more articulation than Scraphook are Kingdom Tarantulas and Blackarachnia at 30 due to their spider appendages
• There's a lot of room for customization, which I have done a decent amount of

Maybe shorter, maybe longer

Equality vs. Individuality
Accepting the past

Probably something else

But Scraphook and Dinobot Sludge are the protagonists

Main villain is Tarn

And Doubledealer, Swindle, Crankcase, Nickel, and Barricade are also characters

So I have made a lot of running changes from the original concept I had in mind

Instead of a miniseries, I will likely be doing 1-3 movies that last from 30-45 minutes

I really want to emphasize quality over quantity on this stop motion project, which is why I made this change

Still, if every second runs at 10 FPS for 30 minutes, that would be 18,000 frames in the first one alone

Uhm yes, on page 2 it says there are 3 clones of Pounce but then on the next sentence it says Scraphook slams Crankcase into Pounce and then it says he got jumped on by "one of the Pounce clones", is it the same Pounce clone that got slammed or a different one? 🤓

Here's an unrelated stop-motion project

There is a lighting issue where it flickers due to me moving my hand in front of the camera and messing up the focus (I have just realized today the cause)

I also don't have any voice lines (yet)

What would be better story-wise?
