OpenGL version error

when i try start the game this pops up and i cant play

Same thing happening on my end. I can give a little bit more detail though: The error wasn't contained to just BAR; it induced screen failure on the secondary monitor as well. Rebooting resulted in main display not displaying properly, though it still managed to put something daft like 1200/1080 on an Ultra-wide. Reinstalling the Graphics Driver worked for one game against Raptors, on the second run a few hours later not only did the game crash the displays suffered a repeat failure as well.

This means the game is failing to detect any graphics card or functioning graphics drivers.
