#Would someone be willing to help out a mate of mine? Linux no error code and Bar does not work

I don't see much information yet. Your friend can install BAR as AppImage but also as Flatpak. Which one he has problems with? Which Desktop Environment is he using Linux on? KDE, Cinnamon, Gnome, XFCE? And which GPU he is using in his System? Posting his system specs would help a lot.

i dont know why but after i logged on today and started Bar it crashed with error 21. so i reinstalled (third time now ) it via flatpak and now it didnt crash till now

If you prefer having a more stable system, it could help to jump from one to another LTS Kernel. At least this is what im doing, but its up to you. The last LTS Kernel was 6.12 and that probably depends on your Distro (Bazzite) which i don't use, but as a general info, the next one should be 6.18 LTS, Source for Kernel Overview: https://www.kernel.org/category/releases.html so keep in mind that your Kernel 6.17 could also be EOL (End of Life) soon, idk if you manually should be switching Kernel or not!? It really depends on your Distro and i don't want to give you false information. Some Distro's has some nice GUI Tools to switch Kernels, maybe your Distro is a little bid behind the newest Kernel.
