This picture is a real lobby name today in lobbies. As it stands - It is moderatable to have any sort of agreement before a game between 1 or multiple players that impact the game negatively for others.

As a community is Co-op such a problem that we have to enforce rules in lobbies? Apparently the consequence is a immediate game stop or a kickban of that eco player if they do not follow the rules regardless if they consented or not. Should we crack down on people making these rules?
Should you moderate or allow players to self-moderate players that don't follow lobby rules -
Should we be doing this and telling our community enforcers that hey this is a way we're playing the game because the game's biggest issue doesn't have a fix? Stop moderating players who want to play the game a different way or that is enjoyable instead of being force fed co-op to win every game?
Should players be moderated for agreements made outside of the game/pre lobby (We get moderated for this today under CoC B4)
What do you guys think? How can we educate our moderation team to work with us and think differently about this?
