I dont have this replay issues from August (i had not downloaded your file btw). Maybe send a link from the official replay webpage (or redownload your Demo's from there), instead send a file which also could have a Virus on it... if your PC/Laptop is affected. https://www.beyondallreason.info/replays

im not a game dev, but it was a option that redownload helped... i watched that replay and i also see checksum errors at 12min

Not a game dev either, but I agree with Kobold. Sounds like either software being corrupted, or hardware issues (I've read somewhere in this discord that hardware issues can cause desyncs as well)

Yeah that sounds really like desync. Do you have this problem with all your games? I play BAR (with breaks) since end of 2021 and i only saw this desync's with maybe 9 of my replays in total. It is maybe worth to find out, which PC/User in a PVP Match lead to this error's... in rare cases, it is related to server side but as far as i know, this isn't the case for at least the last 6month.

I'm also having this desync issue with one of my replays
on a private match, in the last few days, I just tried to load up a replay today that was having this desync issue as well.
I'm on a 9070 XT using an 9800X3d 'Brand New System', not even a year old and having this issue on that replay currently.
