I've tried admin launch and reinstalling the launcher, sadly nothing works :/

Is it located in the downloads or desktop folder? If so, put it somewhere else

Maybe try running it from the commandline, and see if you get any output there. For curiosity, where did you put the installer now?

In its own folder off in documents. No luck with commandline

Move it outside of any of the default folders. Possibly to C:/users/[your_user]
