Can`t update or download

Even with working zapret i can`t update the game
As you see, discord is working, so its not a zapret trouble, and i also wrote that text in file

Same issue here, restarted game fails to update in USA

Something is messing up secure connection. If you have some third party antivirus like Kaspersky try to disable it entirely and see if helps. Can't do anything else.

No, not the same error. For you your DNS resolution is broken, try restarting all the stuff including router and if doesn't help set some 3rd party DNS, Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 or Google 8.8.8.8 (and don't ask how, google it)
