I was in here a few days ago regarding not being able to play the game getting stuck at 3 of 6 on the launcher with error unable to download byar:test, byar-chobby:test I was recommended to use Zapret which was a fix for Russian players but after running that I still cannot download the game, any help appreciated.

Yeah, so connection to this CDN is just not working for you for some reason.
This is not something we can help much. It's very often issue with your internet service provider.
Workaround can be using VPN and e.g. connect to France/Germany.
