I think this is because the T2 radar ship is also an anti-nuke. However the radar function is not duplicated at T2 strength so I believe the disabling of this unit is a mistake. I don't think that players might forget to disable stockpiling anti-nukes is enough of a reason compared to all the other benefits and possible ways of addressing that small mistake.

It also does that for legion safe geo as well, the anti nuke geo
this is a tricky one since just removing the antinukes from these units will end up with a horrendous unit cost since the antinuke part is already paid for
People can choose to not build them. And be no worse off than currently.
But could stockpile limit be set to 0 of nukes are off?

The anti nuke ship is also for intel and vision
Floris, the ships produce 300 energy a second and cost about a third of the cost of a fusion. They are fairly cost effective still.
same for the antinuke geo, its useful for otherthings than just being an antinuke, its the side grade from the hazerdou sgeo for legion.
