#We Will Become A Laughing Stock Moderation Rant
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
BAR is pathing towards a self destruction
Let me get this straight BAR is an amazing game;
An open source project success;
However, this level of moderation gives BlueSky vibes; which is just a joke.
@night flicker Sit.
As per the code of conduct if you wish to appeal a moderation action you are entitled to do so. Please write/include all pertinent and relevant details for the review team here. They will respond after reviewing it, please be aware reviews are performed as and when time is available and requesting it be done faster except in the most obviously incorrect of cases (e.g. we got the wrong person) is not going to help your case. Please also ensure you leave your ingame name.
An appeal is not a replacement for improving your behavior. If your appeal is successful, your sentence is suspended - if you re-offend after a short period of time, we will apply a stricter suspension next time and will be much less likely to accept another appeal.
What constitutes a good appeal?
To maximize the chances of a positive review, an appeal should include several essential elements. It should provide comprehensive information about the incident, including a clear admission of any breaches of the Code of Conduct, acknowledgment of wrongdoing, and a sincere apology. Appeals written using chatbots are generally not well-received, as moderators appreciate genuine, human communication. The use of chatbots may be interpreted as a lack of respect. While it is acceptable to use AI tools to improve language proficiency, the initial version of the appeal should be personally written.
Privacy
We consider your ticket to be a place for a private conversation between you and the moderation team. We try to be professional and respect your privacy, though of course your appeal may be shared with other members of the moderation team as necessary for processing it. We also expect the same of you - publishing details of that conversation in public spaces violates our trust and may impact the result of your appeal.

It's just my barking; no input from mods
transparency is key
this is also why im asking for more explicit wordings in moderation channel
Im curious if you have gotten banned if you didnt say 'sit' and not tried to kickban, ie letting him dgun your shit
that would be the icing on the cake 😄
Laudy let's be real, it's about time you get a moderated for building t1 converters with afus.
plenty space to place t1converters, why in greens base? This is why you got banned
didnt even get banned, got warned.
a minor slap on the wrist, for being a cunt. Seems like moderation is working as intended
Should being a cunt be punisheable though
eww
thats literally the point of moderation
to moderate the amount of cunt we allow
treat ppl like you want to be treated, and no you dont wanna be treated like a cunt 😉
Well, still, that should be done by the players
players has no power of your behaviour, thats the moderators
It was, they reported you?
thats where green had enough
this is definitely CoC worthy because there is plenty space for t1 converters OR making t2 converters at home
you are forcing green to make his afus/converters in YOUR base, as thats where the free space is
Yes, but should be handled inside of the game - nor ever reach out outside
How come I can play like this 1000+ games
placing converters in same exact spot; and noone gives a shit but this cunt
There is always a first time
common sense bruh
Well, he dgun-ed my base - and lost me the game
It was handled inside the game, they reported you ingame, and you got moderated - and its only a warning
What happens in other places is not relevant to this place, they have their rules, this place has its.
well, then the moderation is malfunctioning, because this should never get punished
Indeed.
Bro… He got punished, you got punished, everything is working fine
the reason you are placing converters in greens base is you wanna leave the free space between you-green untouched for future expansions, its a sort of greed
He got punished for reverse griefing even though he was the one griefing
was making juke
it's fine CoC allows to steal other people mexes (first to build rule) but you can't build outside imaginary boundaries it appears
giga questionable as well
how did him blowing up a few t1converters lose you the game? All you did was make figs
if ur not taking ur mexes outside of the 3 starting; u should not be allowed to get any right towards the rest
Real footage of you reading the CoC
Because I had a plan to win the game; check my other games
what did laudy do except tell the guy to sit?
The whole moderation approach in BAR is beyond garbage and should be reduced to ashes. We are not random Bluesky wanna be safe space of WOKE doggos
make figs, then did an awful bombing run then game over
It's not cool; it's not welcomed; people dont like it; had no results in last 5 years; community is still toxic; provides little to 0 value
I like it, and i welcome it
telling people to sit is a line ive never crossed myself
I mean for getting dgunned
the dgun was for having t1converters in green base, it cost him like 100 metal total
well, such a good game being stuck as this "number" of people; mainly consisting of eternal addicts is not really good outcome, or?
I cant see from the ss if thats green base or not
Hey, if there were less people like you maybe the community would be growing
I do not think the current moderation system is the reason the game isn't exploding. Nor could it explode, even if we had the player numbers, due to technical limitations.
if laudy keeps building t1converters in wrong place thats on him
I think I have been good boy for most of my games; and I played a lot.
nothing more to see here
Not that its a point anyway, this isn't a profit driven project
Perhaps your approach to moderation is the reason why I am going insine
Sounds like you should do some inward reflection
converters dont just cost 1 metal each, the energy, bp and if they all blowup, the inevitable excess should be accounted for, but thats beside the point laudy show screenshot of where youre building
I believe that lobby was giga trash; and it was the best at that hour
Good boy moments -> #1341711900408545331 message
#1341711900408545331 message #1341711900408545331 message
Well, yeah - I have been good boy for quite long time
I mean, the problem is that you are unable to put yourself in the shoes of someone else getting his buildspace and base filled with converter.s..
I Dont even know anything youre so zoomed i
thats max zoom out 😄
wat
He queed even more converters
Why should I put myself in shoes of random? Most dogs in our lobbies never gave a shit
those 2 images shows the story
so now, you know why you are moderated, you don't give a f**k about other ppl playing the game and complaint about it when someone dare to recall that to you
It shows intend
Well, what I find interesting is that the guy had the need to dgun my e convertors just to build nothing in there
oh I kept clicking the fully zoomed in one
Let me just wave my arms around infront of your face, but complain if you push me - are you a child in a school yard?
Anyway, this was more of rant about questionable BAR moderation
honestly seems like nothing wrong at the time of making them but if this went on to multi afus stage you would have been smart to reclaim at least the right half
Yes, but your ramblings failed to even remotely have a cohesive point
@honest badger you can close this, it's a ranting thread, nothing suggested, nothing constructive, so nothing to do in the suggestions IMO
if you do this t1converter placement in 1000 games, ure bound to find at least one who dguns it
Reduce the moderation system
It's random handless dog
Learn to be a better human, and maybe stop infering people are pets
if you place your t1converters in better places you get dgunned 0 times
in a random low lobby that just happened bcs eu hours giga weak
people are animals who act as animals
change your attitude toward other ppl, you arent going to pierce the wall of your neighbors in real life to install your kitchen in their appartement, why are you doing this online ?
that place is unused in nearly every game
and is widely used for building t1 converters
and not just by me
kinda depends who is playing corner, chisato would easily use up all that space, if you then place t1converters there long before he got afus, it would be a funny discussion between you two OR he starts placing afus in your base
Not a single game I had anyone complaining about them, but this guy.
no complains doesnt mean its not wrong thinking
I've never really been a fan of the respect other peoples space rule tbh
like if youre not activelly trying to wall their lab production or sabotage their layout by building converter next to their afus or something. is there even an issue?
you have plenty space to place em, like the mountains, place conturrets there + aircon = same result
It's just bar moderation does not know boundaries
I think there's something to be said about the blind spot in the game design that naturally creates these points of friction between players.
Saying "moderators, handle it" is a Band-Aid solution. I believe it was chosen because otherwise we would have to resort to Major intrusive gameplay alterations that reduce toxicity at the cost of individual player agency.
A few times, the gdt has reaffirmed their position that player agency is to be respected and teamwork as a skill expression.
it makes sense to use the canyon side to build eco there as its safest from bombers and lolcannon
in a high os game no, in low os its just a different game of sim city
The player got instantly kickbanned after the game without me having to bark about anything
@night flicker although your message wasn't presented politely, there is merit to it and it's something I think a lot about. Next time you comments about such a hot issue, maybe don't do it in the form of a rant because people will sling tomatoes and nothing gets done.
Spects did it all for me;
you could pull the extreme: why didnt you make t1 converters in his base? Like around wind turbines or right side of his base or behind? Why not closer? If its space you want why not be more extreme, one reason: you cant then you get banned faster
It's more of a showing that there are cracks; but I find it hilarious that people go into DM to share that they are unhappy with the moderation, but are scared to share their "feelings" here
Because that would hurt my chances of winning
My isolated convertors were increasing the chance of winning
going only figs hurt your chances of winning, its not placement
but, just play alone then
if u think I would go for figs u have never seen me
go to 1v1 if other ppl wanting to play the game is an obstacle to your win
I think ur having issues
These angry moderator suggestions never seem to go anywhere. I haven't figured out how to handle them quite yet. They are like, 90% angry rant and 10% suggestion much of the time. And the moderation team doesn't seem too interested in the suggestion part.
what you did here is just pull the 'just outside extreme' case of placing t1converters as close as possible without getting insta banned, now you know its too close and back it up a bit without any risk of bans, its that simple
Well, how do you want to go about it. It's never going anywhere.
Appeal and shut up
There should be a poll in regards to moderation or some type of checking public's opinion out
This is what Overwatch is for
I find it hard to believe that the current moderation would get even 50% support
Explain
There is a general distaste among all the developers for democratic decision making. The organization is hierarchical with decisions made by responsible people identified for their role.
Overwatch are regular people
Not some kind of elite or devs
They represent the puplic opinion
issue is that, IRL, people elect their overwatch equivalent, in bar, you get what you get
Well, how is such a well made game stuck as this low number of players when every other game is basically trash in relative to BAR
so the overwatch dont represent regular people, they represent themselves and it creates a dichotomy as seen by all these rant threads
we get huge inflow of newbies - yet we fail to keep them going
There is something amiss
and I blame - fully believe I am right - the strict moderation
well you could start by not making t1converters in noobies bases 😄
Maybe its something to do with experienced players bullying them by building next to their bases, then calling them dogs and telling them to sit
i couldn't say that better lol
The strict moderation does not go well in gaming world; not even Chinese League of Legends punishes players for most "crazy" things that you get banned for on European West servers
Marketing probably. Followed by a really bad first time player experience.
calling them dog and telling them to sit is bullying but building converter close to their windmill is at best filtering them for whats to come
I keep getting complaints about BAR moderation ever since I joined the BAR
you started this game by telling a guy hes a hater :p
Are they from Laudy2, Laudy3 and Laudy7?
Even the day I decided to join bar it was people telling me how fun it is to watch moderation chat every morning
Well murderers also complain about the government…
Would most politicians be allowed to play this game for longer than a 3 months?
you should maybe change your frequentation, because there is a lot of player playing bar that never ever write smth on the discord, maybe the majority (and they rarely get moderated lol)
Have you seen chinese players complaining?
Have you? have you checked their stream?
What would be the best format for me to present valid concerns from players to the OverWatch bros?
When there was the trailer - we could see in noob lobbies people by default going mental. Then the moderation bot started going off EVERY SINGLE DAY
We had like 1400 players active every peak hour
I had not seen people complaining about anything but moderation
in that trailer frenzy
dont present it at all, valid concern regarding the moderation is frowned upon because of who it originate from
Moderation is crushing this game's potential; and if you don't see it - you are a problem
moderation isnt that much of an issue, it's got its flaws but it'S doing its job, it will get overwhelmed on steam release and then changes will happen
better do the changes before getting rekt on reviews folks
Too broad. Not actionable. Advocating for more anarchy on vague terms won't go anywhere.
but also don't spend time on things which aren't needed YET
No point preparing a moderation team and system for steam, 2 years before we are even remotely in a position to be on steam
What if a rule that the moderator team thinks is a great idea is actually stupid as hell? Nobody gets everything right all the time. Sometimes developers can end up with echo Chambers and it's good to have checks and balances for that.
Show us the way then; how should the community approach this
That effort comes at the cost of other things - its not free, it all has opportunity cost
I don't get it, BAR gice you the freedom to build anywhere, the CoC say just, "avoid to build to close to other ppl places because everyone needs to play the game, it's not just you, be careful of others" and you complain because you just ignored it. I mean, a player felt so constrained by your abusive construction that it decided to expose himself to moderation (wrongfully, he also got punished) to stop you. What do you don't understand ? It just a warning, a recall to not do that again... so don't do that again ?
oof that definitely doesnt ring a bell
I don't have a big plan yet. Still cooking. What I do know is that identifying specific rules that might be bullshit and not trying to hide what naughty actions you did that resulted in you getting moderated by it usually yields better results.
There have been various changes to moderation following suggestion threads and improvements since i got here but they start with constructive threads, not rants about people not being allowed to bully people
There were like 20 movements in last 2 years to put moderation to its knees and all of them are bye bye; and it's not a bye bye from community but from the top
Recommending going from moderation to zero moderation isn't a reasonable sugguestion - lot of people disagree with that as an option
This is a fine requirement. It has to be presented constructively otherwise it gets closed to prevent the tomato throwing.
well if you people get moderated for saying sit and building t1 converters then it's gonna be hard time
seems like the line was drawn to the fact that the player being told to sit was new
Moderation only got stricter and stricter in my BAR lifetime - perhaps the approach that you can go and ask for unban after some time was interesting thing... but still eh
Not zero;
you can still tell me to sit while building converter in my base and its fine
if you tell people to k1ll themselves - that's a good thing to get banned for
fine, for you it is...then what ?
same goes for cheaters
its not fine for you, then what?
Am I understanding this correctly: the specific thing you take issue with is you would like to be sassy and spicy toward other players with language and in gameplay without being moderated.
Kind of like talking trash to other people in a modern warfare 2 lobby back in the day
More free way of playing the game
I find gameplay too strict
So the usual be tolerant of my intolerance to others?
I have only reported spect cheaters or so I believe
after 3k+ games; and it was like sub 10 reports
That has nothing to do with this argument
You want moderation to tolerate you being intolerant of others? (e.g. treat them with no respect)
I want moderation to not stick their ass into how I play the game
You should not even dare to step over those boundaries actually
That's a valid criticism. Some people enjoy games more when they get to dunk on other dudes verbally or through disrespectful gameplay. I have enjoyed that from time to time in other games. Being toxic is sometimes fun.
It's a double-edged sword though. Respectful people that find that distasteful will peel off the game and quit if they keep finding that stuff everywhere.
Which in this case, was you effectively waving your arms around infront of their face, then being angry when they pushed you?
what a suggestion ...
In League of legends I can take Jungle camps; top camps; mid camps; bot camps and never get a single punishment for it
Do we really have to have the "this my personal space bubble" conversation from primary school?
Do we really have to take lol as an example ?
That space is used 75%+ in op lobbies for e converters
Please review this very detailed video on this topic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N8tHDzxfLQQ
In this 2017 GDC talk, Two Hat Security's Chris Priebe explains the impact that trolling and toxic behavior have on a game's success from a business perspective, and how companies can properly manage toxic players.

Again - non sequitur
I like how this is the equivalent of telling laudy to sit but its all fine
Its almost like the delivery, intent and tone are important?
and the whole point is that laudy doesnt want the moderator to moderate on delivery intent and tone
and he's absolutely fine to hold that opinion and raise this thread, and discuss it.
But its important to note, this is not a government - there is no right to free speech, this is not a democracy, there is no right to a vote, but there is a CoC that requires treating your fellow players with respect
You, as a player, playing to win is the highest level of respect you will ever get or give
anyway, to play the game you are agreeing with the CoC and the fact that you might be moderated, you break the CoC you got warned. So open a constructive suggestion, saying why, what it brings to get a moderation your way, what is the added value and maybe you'll get listen. Otherwise, just appeal and don't waste ppl time.
Sadly winrate and respect are not connected
Not about winrate, but okay.
You are part of a team, playing in a way which does not disrupt the team is part of playing the game
Action items:
-
When a suggestion related to moderation is made, they must be constructive, transparent, and identify a specific rule. If they thread doesn't do this, I lock it and ask the original poster to edit his original post for his own sake to prevent tomato throwing.
-
When a specific course of action is decided upon by the participants, find a way to present it to the OverWatch team for review. Any willing participants can consider the arguments and push for change with the entire moderation team. That way we can root out BS rules.
Using the most unused spot in the glitters towards getting an edge is not disrupting
Thanks Seth, rippsy out
The premise of the original post is too broad and this whole thread has being derailed from the start. I do not see this going anywhere. @night flicker I get when you started this thread you were feeling pretty spicy. Think on it some and concoct a more concise argument and start over with a new thread if you can think of a actionable premise. This one is just too broad and you'll never get enough support.
wait a second before closing this
Are there any concerns with this way of handling things? Anything that should be done in addition to this?
Could you promote an idea of getting public opinion in regards to moderation? It does not need to be shown to public; I wish for mods to see how the public really feels about it.
You'd have to implement an in-game survey system that only allows one vote, and it'd need to be prominent
I have high concern that the frustration has reached too high level; and should be addressed - this is the friendliest way.
- before closing the thread post the conclusion of the review from the overwatch team. that will prevent other too similar posts from springing up if the philosophy can be translated from one post to the other
If I simply ping the OverWatch boys and get their overall perspective on the premise, does that count as transparent public discussion?
The survey would also need to very carefully adhear to none-bias survey practices
Like other areas of the organization, this would be hierarchical. Only people on the OverWatch team would really have any weight to their opinions. They have skin in the game
uhm I meant getting "wide-public" polling/ perhaps a google form that could check multiple sides of the moderation approach.
Good idea. Instead of trying to summarize it on behalf of the original poster, perhaps I should give them the opportunity to summarize it themselves.
if this is what you meant - then I am all for it; I thought such things can only go through ptaq
Yes, it would not need to shared publicly either, its just so the moderation team can get some feedback from the player base for the current perceived impact/performance of the existing and past systems
This is super hard to do convincingly. If we advertise such a poll on discord then we only get our mostly competitive oriented discord bros. And if we do it on reddit, then we don't get the player base as a whole. And how frequently would those polls happen? Would that not be annoying?
Also also, the people that get moderated would disproportionately vote on the post polls while everyone else wouldn't give a care
The widest "public" audiance is doing it in-game
Wait laudy you got warned for building to close to him?
Moderation is affecting every single person in the game. Though.
Perhaps some link through in-game. or chat coordinator sharing a link or something
hehe yup
That do not make any sense, i just had an admin/mod tell me space is not inhereantly some ones porperty
Just for moderation rule feedback? Unlikely. However, as part of a general in-game polling.. I could see that going somewhere. I don't know who would volunteer to make it though. Would be super useful.
and now it is apparintly when it fits them? in my head that do not really make any sences he build nice and tightly to
the desire for a in-game poll system has come up quite a few times, but no volunteer has taken it up
In the meantime, the immediate solution is to have the OverWatch team opine on the subject matter in a public fashion kind of like how the mentors preside over meta discussion.
Makes sense. If ever it happened, questions related to moderation rules and anything else you could think of could easily become a thing
Anywho, I've got to go pretend to be an electrician for a bit. I'll lock up the thread in about 30 minutes because at this point we've gone through phases of being toxic and off topic. Once again, think on it and if you can come up with a specific rule that should be changed make a new thread about that
You'd have to limit it to once per quarter or something along the lines of a 'state of the game' or a focused poll on a particular aspect that wouldnt' be re-polled inside X time-frame. But that's all moot, w/o the features existance
please tell me the warning got appelad or im actully starting to lose faith in the mod team.... cause that is just backwards, cause i tried to pitch an idea to increass the size of the blocker of the starter area so people could not spawn near you and one of the reason they told me was that mex and space are not inherantly belong to anyone.
And sense you did not break any rules by building close but not right in his base and you build logic what rule did you actully break?
because at this point i am getting the felling the mod team are just doing.
"Lets slap a warning on both sides and not risk taking a stand on whats right and wrong, this should appease both sides."
For my case i over reacted to the moment i got griefed and trolled and in such regard actully broke the rules by reacting to what he did and i think that what was he wanted and i will not argue i broke the rules but in this case i cant see any rules broken for building "to close" to someone else. and if he D-guned you and you did nothing in respond why would YOU get slaped with a warning?
I mean we gotta respect the work they are putting in. But - something - feels so fuckin wrong
It looks so good at a glance - but once you get deeper into it - it starts to get worse and worse
Sure i love the game and to be honest its amazing the community is really nice for the most parts.
Also, BAR feels like a "BlueSky" bubble - a weird bubble inside of gaming ecosystem
im gonna dgun ur converter next time i see you and only get a warning 🙂
Believe it or not; I would normally not give a shit
I started giving a shit when I saw the guy searching for a way to report after getting kickbanned by the lobby, which I found laughable.
A fuckin reverse griefing, my veins nearly popped
Admin Admin I COUGHT ONE!!
wait so he got kicked banned and YOU still get a warning?!
I feel like moderation team might have marked me as an arrogant cunt; would not be surprised and this is the way of slapping my wrists. I do a lot of not friendly things nowadays. (last 90days ish)
However, being an arrogant cunt should not be moderatable. imo
there we go that's what i meant to say. and to be honest just cause you are not friendly do not mean you should get a warning, it should focus on rules last time i checked its not BARS job to raise us and teach us how to act.
well it's game role to try to keep the game friendly enough so that ppl want to stay and not be disrespected by sweaty gamers, i'm out
Sure if you throw hate slurs and outright racist thats one thing but if i dont want to get Buddybuddy with some one or if i think he plays horrible and i do not hold back with my description of some one playing like trash or what ever, that's not the mods job to handle. but then again im all for free speech and that's the way we have it where i am from.
But i dont know now days everyone think they can decide what other people should say or not say now days.
Well i have seen issues with many high ranked people throwing a hissy fit cause people not following the "meta" and throws insults about people not being good enough and to be honest i think thats a bigger turn off than anything but still i dont think people should be forced to act any diffrent because of it.
if they want to play the game one way that should be there right just as i should have the right to play the game another way.
At this point it should just be called the etiquite police. 🤣
But before i go on ranting i just wanted to say that it feels kind of dumb that you got warned for just building "To close" to some one....
Overall - I would say I am in huge net positive in terms to respecting players and making them "welcome" as a player
but whatever
I would expect to get moderated for my ingame "fun" comments but never for my gameplay
Just a shock
Still its a role that i think is just unesssary you dont see Caffe moderaters or that ever xD
"Erh sir you are actully not allowed to talk to your friend about that, people around you do not want to hear that."
"should disrespect be allowed" is another question for the new thread.
Yhe true.
you litteraly pushed a player to break the CoC with your constructions (that you did without asking for space or anything, you impose that to him lol) , then when he was angry, you told him to sit... i get that we can all have a bad day but then you came in public to complains about it... i'm not calling that being a huge net positivity in term of respect. But i get your point, but i disagree and i'm agreeing with Seth
But its not the other persons space
and to be clear, especially regarding the comparison to games which are made for profit
The goal of BAR is to make a great game
The goal of LoL is to get as many players in the game buying skins as possible
So LoL's goal is to have a moderation policy which is to min-max for "just enough moderation to prevent to many people leaving from toxicity"
There is no so called "private spots" i litterly got told this by the mods
that's not the point, the point is : let the other space to play
I had not harmed his gameplay in any way shape or form.
Thats clearly not how they felt, since they decided to report you
That's literally breaking into the way of how people should play the game
So wait hes fellings are what sets the rules in this case?
Moderation team should never cross this; NEVER
It's a disgrace and should be frowned upon
WAIT WHAT this is just getting out of the world with that statement.
not that's litteraly the strict minimum the game impose : don't make your teammate feel like animals, you are free for the rest
People still don't understand that some players use moderation to troll other players and moderators siding with them is not good for the video game
So let me get this right the rules are nothing belongs to anyone but if you build to close to them they can feel like its there spot and the admins and mods will warn people for this.
WHILE the admins will also warn people for saying that THERE is private spaces and people should respect that?!
please this just dont make any sense anymore -.-
and some people seem to be unable to treat others with respect
i mean, it's not like the other hasn't be punished, and it's not like you can't appeal
Just got to say this in this case green could have FOLLOWED THE RULES, he could have talked to his team paused the game if he was breaking any rules vote to kick.
And if Laudy did nothing in respond to what green did in this case then he deserves NO WARNING what so ever sense HE BROKE NO RULE.
THIS IS WHAT ADMINS TOLD ME.
one sec i will get the CoC
Also respect should be earned not demanded, whats the value of something that is given freely.
Absoulitly nothing.
Commen curtisy sure but if you demand my respect, i will personaly tell them to earn it or F off.
coz saying "Sit" to someone is a problem?
we call people poop all the time that's more disrespectfull than saying "Sit"
I have been called so much fucking worse things by other players in games we HAVE WON cause i did not do meta stuff and my dude gets warned for saying SIT!!
Respect as defined in the CoC is what applies here - that is expected of all players towards all other players, it does not need to be earned.
Well that very much depends on context doesnt it
SIT when he just got d-gun is not an fucking insult.
30 minutes is up
Bye-bye thread
just note his name down and kickban him for next year
Lots of conjecture, nothing really useful
This is beyond god dame dumb at this point if THAT is the reason he got a warning xD
MY dude got attacked and destroyed and he said sit in respond that is not allot against the rules?!
Im gonna rename myself SIT just cause of this. what is wrong with the name SIT
incoming forced rename because its offensive
WHATS OFFENSIVE WITH SIT!?! is there a hidden meaning im not getting here?!
I have never done that
The only person I had a problem with was HlM, yet he only got blocked
aight
i mean just do it
Sit as in SIT DOWN, IM SITTING DOWN HERE?
Looks like you can make a new post about:
-
Adjusting the thresholds for what constitutes moderatable disrespect
-
Better transparency, including a suggestion for exactly how to feasibly become more transparent.
-
Better definitions for moderatably naughty actions in game.
snitches get stitches is all
all I wish to see is to get public opinion in regards to moderation to BAR team
At this point the MOD teams need to be retrained on whats fucking offensive -.-
This bluesky moderation we got here is just giga joke
You have to be super super focused on a specific part. Have a clear path forward in mind. And whatever you do for the love of God don't s*** on the moderating team or the hate mob will descend on you. Lol
Cause holy fuck if someone gets but hurt after breaking the rule by being told to sit down, and i get a warning for that i would raise living hell xD
u can target kickban people for like 1 month in a row and thats not seen as inappropriate behaviour but making t1 converters next to someone is seen as such
This is my 3rd post in begging to get public opinion in regards to moderation going
don't sit on the moderation team
imagine if fauna told you to sit
oh, gg; our main doggo <3;
Amazing work on protocol though
Well maybe the mod team has been sitting on there ass to much if they think SIT is offensive.
Cook on it, maybe you can message me about what you come up with via private message before presenting to the public
imagine if fauna sat on you
