Sooo i installed the game and tried to open it, but after it hangs up the first time opening i closed it and tried reopening it, but theres just some backround musik and no game to be seen. I also tried reinstalling it but it doesnt work either.

I don't know if the bug is already fixed in the drivers or not, but over the past few months there were issues with new drivers, exactly like you describe. Try updating to latest first if you don't have latest. If it still doesn't work, try reverting to version from... uh i forgot... April? Probably not April, lol.
