Does not work on Ubuntu 24

Worked fine on Ubuntu 22.
Today isntalled Ubuntu 24 and does not work:
Im getting an error: Spring failed with code: null

Fresh Ubuntu install without any customization?

I wonder if it's not https://discord.com/channels/549281623154229250/1297235171661054003 but knowing it's fresh Ubuntu we might be able to at least reproduce

When you first launch it, PopOS may complain its frozen, but it isn't as I think it is unpacking files due to the first run. If you wait it should eventually start. If you launch it after this is should launch straight away.

so when there is window "the app seems frozen" and "force quit" / "wait" buttons, just pressing wait (and then again after it pops up again) and the game launches!
