Hello there, I'm pretty new to RTS, I've probably never won a 1v1 in sc2 but now I really NEED to beat my cousin in a 1v1. Do you guys have any easy strategies or tips for 1v1.

I'd watch some Barcast or Requiem YT videos to get a good idea of how to 1v1

If you need to beat him only once, do com drop with air lab, d-gun their lab

I need to beat him once but still I wanna "proof my ability" so I'm not sure if there an "easy opening" like in chess to learn

spam grunts, build up a ball of fifteen, and try to gank his commander

Maybe go arm vehicles and build up 5 or 6 janus vehicles.
Than keep them out of sight and no fire state.
When you see his commander do an attack move on it, if the 5 janus kan shoot it will probably kill his commander and you win

still learning hahaha and watching some videos about openings, also 2 days ago I think we saw you playing it's insane how many things can happened on a match

Hide cortex air in base but keep them flying, wait until a big fight and use shuriken to turn the tide

Or bomb their base with 10-15 bombers (core heavily recommended )

Scout them first but not with air units

If they are lacking in 1v1 experience they will likely crumble even if you follow up the intial incisor fight with floor licking and knuckle dragging.
