They aren't as broken as old emp bombers because they are only very good against t3 unlike emp bombers that were amazing against units of all size but it's probably same reason that took emp bombers 1 year to get changed; Devs think emp rework will solve the issue but it won't imo

Just reducing the beam emp value so it can't 1 shot marauders anymore
or 2 shot Razors probably enough to make it fair
