I'm playing on "FolsomDamR 1.16" and I'm suddently unable to ping or draw anything on this map. Also I'm unable to press 'S' to stop the current action of any units. It seems to only happen on this map, I played 5 games just minutes before and all was fine but since I got to this map the problem appeared.

I tried to shut down the game and rejoin the game, but nothing changed. If anyone knows what's going on please tell me as it is really hard to play in these conditions.

Try explicitly setting the default key bindings in settings.

It's the most likely game version, not map related.

so.... where can I reset to default? is it in lobby or ingame? I didn't found the option
