Hello! My buddy just downloaded the game, but crashes instantly when launching. We've tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling drivers, as well as moving game to user directory, with no luck. No Anti Virus installed. Trying to avoid a Windows reinstall if possible.

Posted this a couple months ago, but wanted to check back in to see if anyone else has encountered this issue since then.

Edit: When launched, the game opens to a blank white screen that displays "Spring has crashed: inpage error"
That inpage error is reflected in the text log as follows:
Error: Exception: In page error (0xc0000006)

Ah, darn. We'll just keep give it a shot every now and then, maybe some Windows or driver update down the line will wind up fixing it lol. Thanks for taking a look!

I don't see In Page Error too often. The last time it came up the user reported fixing it by reinstalling windows https://discord.com/channels/549281623154229250/1174238777674321981

This may be a red herring as I cannot replicate this but is it to do with windows ClearType? It can be turned off and/or modified in Windows
