This is a continuation of a post I made in Suggestions. https://discord.com/channels/549281623154229250/1210642075608154244

I want my factories to be able to build units to meet a set quota. For example, a T1 Bot Lab queued to always make sure there are 15 resbots in my possession. If 3 are destroyed, the lab queues 3 to be built to meet the Quota of 15.

If I want to field an army of specifically 25 sheldons, 5 sumos, 1 radarbot, and 3 jammerbots, the factory would queue and build until that many are fielded.

It would be ideal if the queue prioritized the smallest quota first, followed by building proportionally thereafter.
If a battle commences, and I lose 10 sheldons 5 sumos, and 1 jammerbot.
1 jammerbot would be built first, followed by sumos, then alternating between sumos and sheldons to maintain the 25 to 5 (5 to 1) ratio.

This would be useful because if your artillary gets decimated, it gets replenished first. If their meatshield is destroyed, they get replenished first. You never run out of staples you always want availabile - like maybe 1 ghost at all times or 15 resbots at all times.

Perhaps the implimentation would be holding down Shift+Alt+Ctrl or somesuch combo while clicking on a factory's unit button. Maybe it would have to be its own UI menu brought up by a hotkey.

Another person suggested a modification of existing "repeat" button in the UI. That can be read in the original post here: #1210642075608154244 message

Thanks for reading my idea here. Wish I knew anything about how to code widgets.

@eternal fog I finally got back to it 🙂 This would be a little preview and I'm almost finished.
