When units are given an area repair or reclaim or resurrect order this will put those orders on repeat if the unit was not on repeat before, and turn repeat off again when the unit is ordered to do something else

Hey, just a couple observations; this will give wonky behaviour with shift-queued commands (commands ahead in queue will be repeated), and won't work with inserted commands (but you might prefer it that way). It's nice that repeat is turned off when a command is queued after r/r/r tho.

Not sure I follow, if I tell it to repair then shift do something else, repeat will turn off again

Yes, but if you queue a repair, all queue will be repeated.
Move -> shift queue Repair: both commands are in queue when repeat is activated.

Oh true

#

Guess I can check that there is no previous queue

twin fulcrum

What I did was to check on UnitCmdDone if the next cmd in queue was the trigger I wanted

#

depends how you want it to work

Noticed there is a issue making repair circles

You can just use ALT + area repair/ress/reclaim command to do exactly this, make them permanently execute orders in the given area. No extra widgets needed

Thanks Lexon, I always clicked repeat on before doing area repair and thats why i ended up making this hehe

You didn't put a widget link 🙂

wide river
#

Did not know you could do it automatically with alt

#

Removed it since I wanted to update it with the things archon mentioned

wide river
#

Alright after some more in-game testing I noticed that using alt would not make it move between multiple area reclaim/repair/resurrect orders

#

New version now should work with queued orders and the widgets ignore units that have repeat turned on manually

#

For example if given a move -> repair -> repair -> move queue it will first move then the repair x2 then the move then just keep doing the repair x2 (and the move orders are then gone)

nice!

Thanks for the help archon 🙂

Yeah, alt+fight rezzers wrecks instead of reclaim all iirc 🙂 This sort of stuff is what makes opensource development so good (loads of very cool features) and bad (difficult to consistently documented & communicate)

Did you know pulsar got built in radar? Or that pulsar and bulwark can close for extra health?

yea

we need to start a "did you know" thread wit hBAR secret tips and trick or less known features

#

actually I will do that

This widget doesn't work properly. I had a resbot ordered to reclaim a sm area w trees / rocks, then move away. The resbot decided to eat only the trees, cancel all orders, then switch itself to repeat.

I believe its caused by the game adding an additional reclaim command on one of the objects inside the reclaim circle, causing the widget to repeat the area reclaim for that object type only, but unfortunately it seems like there is no way to detect this :/
