The number of times comms would be forced to bomb each other at the start of matches would be off the charts, which i don't imagine would lead to many people hanging out in the lobby for the rest of the match so the same thing can happen again next match

Would be fun with randomized wrecks if the commander could be given a game mode specific rez ability. So it turns into a true battle Royale where you scavenge for your army ala actual BR games.

Yeah and spread some loot around the map, similar to the scavenger mode, no base building, rush to the zone or risk lava rising, hoard your units from the battlefields or from loot boxes, this could totally work! 😄
