what the title says, as eco u get 1 afus ideally by 12-1230 and just go t2 bombers (i do 20 t2 bombers 5 t2 scouts 30-40 t2 fighters) take ally figs as well and raid and scout clear and go for eco air and the rest of the map is free game
as that raid is happening uve micro sold ur airlab and gotten 1-2 more afus into rauder rush etc and gg.
B.O.
Com
3 mex > 4 winds > bot lab > 4 winds > e storage > 4 wind > 4 metal converters > com blow.
Lab
Con (rushed) > rez bot (rushed) > con (rushed) > 2 rez (last rez instant eat lab into eating com then eating e)
Cons
1st con build far mex into aiding 2nd con.
2nd con 1 nano middle into t2 lab.
Once t2 lab is up, micro ur cons accordingly to get 32-36 winds and a second e storage.
Once u sell t2 for team and ur ready to sell t2 lab, recall ur rezzers to eat, make m storage first.
ask for trans and take ur t2 bot to the far mex and build an extra nano and transport it to hold and build the blue print. (ideally the t1 con that isnt building wind is either helping t2 or making more nano.)
bring the t2 bot back and help finish 6 nanos in middle of base, then start afus.
t1 con keeps making nanos to 13-15 nanos depending on e and wind.
This BO almost guarantees afus around 11:00-12:30 (depending on wind and micro)
Once afus is up u get 4 aconverters into anti nuke into intrusion detector into t1 air lab into t2 air lab. (build first nano to help all t2 mex build and the rest of the nanos build towards air player so anti is built close.)
Air Lab t2
1 scout > 30 figs > 4 scouts > 15-20 bombers (Ideally production starts around 14:00 mins and air raid is ready by 16:30-17:00 mins)
flak doesnt counter this, as u micro around them, if backline literally spams flak everywhere, just eliminate geo and front players)

Interesting strategy. It is also a good strategy in that if the attack would fail the eco would not be that far behind as for example when rushing multiple nukes. Any action that backlines (or others) can do to together with the dedicated air player will tilt the balance in air quite a lot.

Have seen similar cooperation where geo or eco goes seaplanes and together with air player goes on quite early attack with bombers or gunships. Very hard to counter if you are the only air player on your team.

Bonus points for including Antinuke and intrusion detection in the BO 🫡

Generally im slowly getting convinced that the eco player should always go air once he goes afus. It’s really much more damaging since the players rarely make any aa and it’s easy to overwhelm single air player

Any bomber rush with normal fus or geo will beat Afus rush

Oh look another supreme only strat that works until it doesn't. No one cares. Yesterday it's nuke rush, then it's rauder rush, then it's 8 man tank push and maybe it's air raid rushs moment in the sun for a day or two.

All this teaches us is that scouting trump's all these one trick pony strats see

Sounds like you’re new to rts games, the basics of rts is scouting that trumps everything else, but there’re plays that survive the scouting

It is easy to scout the early strats like 8 peps going vehicles. Much harder to spot/scout things that the backline does that starts a little later when the fighter wall is up. Not sure of a good way to scout through a fighter wall that does not involve risking basically all your fighters or make a fake attack that likely loses you a lot of bombers/gunships. Anyone got any tips for that?

Yea spies work when we are at T2. The window I am thinking of is around 10-15 mins when fighters are common but the spies have not been built yet and been moved to enemy team (takes quite a bit of time and apm). Maybe there is a cost effective way to get some air scouts in to backline. Maybe fake bombing run on one flank with 1-2 bombers and some fightes maybe would open up the other flank for scouts

Can always just try to blind counter big bombing runs right before blind countering potential nukes...or have air player build a ton of radar planes

well mate, i played the original dune 2 when it was released so in all likelyhood im not "new to rts games".
You can scout if you want and if the damage your scouting prevents is worth the effort, it will be done. In reality, its not an issue to send 30 scout planes from one direction and 30 from another, build power and energy cost are negliable.
Again, just a matter of "cost of scouting this less than cost of being surprised by it.
But i guess you are pretty new to rts or you would know that.

I'd say making 30 scouts at any point in the early game on strait is generally not a option for metal/energy reasons. For one, they wont go through a fighter wall anyways. And the cost/time will put you really behind. The air player cant lightly blow 50k+ energy. If you had to have a scout here I'd suggest making a hole and trading some fighters with the enemy and sending a few scouts through the hole in the wall
