No Audio for Custom .ogg music

I am not hearing any audio for the Custom music I added. I converted TA's music into .ogg files and sorted them into the folders, but I don't hear anything. They show up in the options menu, but I can't hear anything. Playing the files in VLC works fine.

Did you make sure to use vorbis encoding when creating the .oggs?

I dont think so, I did it online. Is there a good method to use for the conversion?

There should be a way to specify when you are exporting the file, I am not at a computer right now so I can't check myself
